Cityline Band was formed by Thomas Jenkins in 2023. Thomas a native of Reading Pennsylvania has been performing music for over 30 years.

Thomas comes from a strong lineage of musicians. His family performed in a jazz ensemble in and around the Reading and Philadelphia area all through his developmental years. It was through their tutelage that Thomas began to hone his musical aspirations.

Thomas relocated to Washington DC in 199 and has performed with multiple Bands during his time in the Capital City such as, OnKee Jazz Band, and The JD experience, which exposed him to a host of super talented musicians and allowed him to perform at some of the most iconic venues in the DMV, such as Blues Alley, The Carlyle Room, the Bowie Performance Center and many other high end venues.

Cityline Band is a collection of musicians who have come together to spread joy through the gift of music. Our style can best be described as Contemporary Jazz, Neo Soul and R&B.

Our sound is unique rhythmic, sultry and alluring. We combine excellent musicianship with passion and professionalism. We seek to provide a mature, sophisticated, upscale musical option for those in search of quality entertainment.
